Role Overview
The Senior Pastor will fulfill Trinity Church’s mission of building a community where faith, family, and friendship thrive. This will entail providing spiritual guidance and support, developing and executing ministry, events, and outreach, leading liturgical services, and managing the church’s day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Degree in theology (preferably MDiv or equivalent)
5+ years of experience as a pastor (preferably as a Senior Pastor or significant leadership history)
Ordained within the Anglican tradition; otherwise ordained in a similar tradition with a willingness to be ordained within Anglicanism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and administrative skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated
Willing to work with our current Senior Pastor for a smooth transition
