Job Overview
Caring Therapists, a group private practice in Wellington, Florida, is seeking part‑time and/or full‑time psychotherapists. This is a collaborative practice with a focus on couples therapy. Hours are primarily evenings (4‑8 pm). Location: Wellington, Florida.
Responsibilities
Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence‑based therapies.
Create individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain detailed records.
Engage family members when appropriate and refer to outside specialists.
Follow safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
Meet minimum clinical hours (15–30 hrs per week) and maintain professional competence.
Collaborate with administrative staff and senior therapists to improve practice operations.
Qualifications
Full license as a Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida.
Minimum 1‑year post‑independent licensure experience.
Licensed interns and postdoctoral psychology candidates accepted.
Willingness to be paneled with insurance companies and registered with CAQH.
Experience or interest in couples therapy required; additional experience with children and/or trauma is a plus.
Availability for evening and occasional weekend sessions (4‑8 pm, weekly).
Compensation & Benefits
