Engineer – Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach (HOT0CI9Y)
Location: Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, 551 N Ft Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33304.
Job Type: Full‑time. Shift: AM and PM availability required, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
Respond to guest calls and work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
Perform repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
