About the Role
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in global financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. This role partners closely with internal departments and international subsidiaries to deliver insights that inform business decisions and drive financial performance.
Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis of financial statements
Prepare short and mid‑term cash forecasts to optimize cash planning and working capital with operational needs while meeting bank covenant requirements
Produce monthly management reporting packages, dashboards and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, historical data, and market trends
Partner across functions and global subsidiaries to assess financial impacts and inform decision‑making
Build and maintain financial models, analyses, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and assessments
Maintain the Adaptive Planning system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting needs, and assisting users with system functionality and issue resolution
Assist with the continued development of analyses and tools for budgeting, cash forecasting, cost control, financial forecasting, and financial modeling
Apply and support the use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance analytical and reporting capabilities
Perform ad hoc analyses, projects, and other responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CMA or MBA Certification preferred
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within multinational companies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong business acumen with solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash forecasting, and financial modeling processes
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across a global organization and interact with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze complex business and financial information and communicate insights clearly and concisely
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining a big‑picture perspective
Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
Experience with SAP, Adaptive Planning, or similar financial systems strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data, automation, or artificial intelligence tools is a plus
Experience in a global consumer products or retail environment, including exposure to inventory, preferred
Travel Required
Yes, up to 10% of the time
Base Salary
$90,000 - $105,000 (posting range is inclusive of a regional premium)
This range represents the low and high ends of this position’s anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
