Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Manage assigned areas of responsibility; Enforce section policies & procedures.
Establish priorities & supervise subordinate personnel.
Oversee daily work activities by assigning & reviewing work; Ensure subordinates are properly trained to maintain acceptable employee performance.
Conduct staff meetings & communicate information concerning operations.
Maintain reports concerning section activities & related program reports.

Qualifications
Option 1: 54 months experience or 54 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
Option 2: Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; AND 30 months experience or 30 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
Option 3: Completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; AND 18 months experience or 18 months training in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
Option 4: 12 months experience as Senior Financial Analyst, 66563.
OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
Note: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
