An established firm based in Albany, New York with over 100+ years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid. This role focuses on plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters including hospital negligence, physician malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and wrongful death, handling complex litigation from case evaluation through resolution while advocating for injured clients and their families.
