An established firm based in Beverly Hills, California with over 20+ years in practice is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role involves significant work in family law, high net worth divorce, custody, support, complex asset division, and domestic relations litigation, representing sophisticated clients in contested and negotiated matters while managing cases from inception through resolution.

QualificationsActive California Bar membership in good standing3 years of experience practicing family law with substantial litigation exposureExperience handling high net worth divorce and complex financial mattersStrong background in motion practice, discovery, and court appearancesExcellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong client communication skills and sound professional judgment
ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedingsDraft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and substantive legal memorandaManage discovery and conduct and defend depositionsPrepare and appear at hearings, mediations, and trialsAdvise clients on legal strategy, risk assessment, and resolution optionsMaintain consistent client communication and provide high-level client serviceManage deadlines, court filings, and case strategy while collaborating with the legal team - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
