Position Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical

Supply Planner

to support production planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional coordination across manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams. This role ensures materials and production schedules align with customer demand while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Production Planning & Monitoring

Monitor production schedules to ensure priorities are followed and deadlines are met

Set and manage production work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing teams

Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints

Inventory Management

Establish and maintain target inventory levels for production parts and raw materials

Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing to ensure inventory alignment with production needs

Monitor inventory performance and adjust planning parameters as needed

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and production teams to balance demand and supply

Ensure customer requirements are met while optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization

Reporting & Analysis

Create and maintain reports on production status, performance, and efficiency metrics

Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Support decision-making through accurate forecasting and planning insights

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

3+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations

Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with Alteryx or similar data tools is a plus

Additional Requirements

Must be able to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
