
ASC Operating Room AIDE - Kelsey Seybold Clinic: Memorial Villages

Position Overview
Assist in maintaining a clean environment inside the operating room suite and clinical areas of the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Provide cleaning between cases, at the end of the day, and terminal cleaning of operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide scheduled cleaning of operating rooms, support surgical teams, and maintain infection control standards.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of safe handling of infectious materials
Understanding of correct handling and use of cleaning products
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate
Currently hold CPR/BLS or any other relevant healthcare certification
Experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or procedural area
Experience transporting patients pre‑op, intra‑op, or post‑op
Experience working as part of a clinical care team (RNs, surgical techs, anesthesia)
Familiar with supporting surgical teams by transporting equipment, specimens, or supplies during cases
Proven ability to work scheduled ASC hours, including early starts or rotating shifts if needed
Proven ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and assisting with patient transport
Proven ability to assist with OR room turnover, cleaning, and restocking
Proven comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume ASC environment
Proven manage multiple tasks when several rooms or teams need assistance at the same time
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full‑time employment. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
