When you join our team as Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key contributor to the reliability of mill equipment and provide day‑to‑day leadership to the maintenance team. This role is centered on leading by example, promoting safety, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering efficient, high‑quality maintenance services.
Location
This role is based on‑site at the sawmill at 370 Dennis Station Rd SW, Eatonton, GA 31024.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the maintenance team by setting direction, supporting hiring and scheduling, and coaching performance to build a skilled, engaged crew.
Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety programs, coaching safe work practices, and ensuring compliance across maintenance activities.
Plan and oversee maintenance work to ensure high‑quality execution, reliable equipment performance, and minimal disruption to mill operations.
Manage systems, resources, and budgets by using the CMMS to track work and parts, improving equipment reliability, and controlling maintenance spending.
What You Offer
Post‑secondary education in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience
Working knowledge of wood products manufacturing or similar heavy‑industrial operations
Comfortable using CMMS and MS Office
Strong leader with the ability to think strategically, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
