About the Role
Neuro IMC is a 16-bed Intermediate Care nursing unit serving as a dedicated stroke nursing unit. Care is rendered to a variety of intermediate care neuro patients including but not limited to:

High acuity ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients

Patients receiving IV thrombolytic for acute ischemic stroke

Patients requiring continuous EEG monitoring

Patients with other neurological disorders such as Guillain‑Barré Syndrome, Myasthenia Gravis, and ALS

Patients with hemodynamic instability needing antiarrhythmic and/or vasopressor medications

Minimum Job Qualifications

Licensure or other certifications:

Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.

Educational Requirements:

Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.

Minimum Experience:

At least 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
