The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team in the Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cage Supervisor, you will supervise daily cage operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
Oversee cage operations; enforce all policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members
Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability
Handle guest complaints promptly to the satisfaction of the guest and the company
More about you
Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
Minimum of two years' supervisory or management experience preferred
Cash handling experience required; ability to handle large amounts of money accurately
Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required
No college degree required
Physical requirements
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Exposure to secondhand smoke
