Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care : Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
Medication Administration : Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
Collaboration : Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
Leadership : Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications
Licensure : Active and valid LPN license in NYS.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
