– Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Base Salary Range:
$80,000 – $106,000 annually
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in alignment with clinic standards and patient needs
Utilize appropriate care protocols addressing physical, cognitive, neurological, psychosocial, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, physician orders, and patient goals
Perform occupational therapy techniques and procedures competently and safely
Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with healthcare team members
Recommend and assist with acquisition of necessary patient equipment prior to discharge
Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes within required timeframes
Submit daily patient billing in a timely manner
Educate patients and family members on home exercise and care programs
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
Adhere to quality improvement standards and clinic policies
Skills
Strong clinical knowledge to provide age‑appropriate patient care
Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
