Key Responsibilities
Perform framing, finish carpentry, and interior/exterior construction tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites
Correct or notify leadership of any unsafe condition
Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
Support apprentices and entry‑level carpenters when needed
Skills/Education/Experience
Construction experience
Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Team‑oriented, professional, and safety‑focused mindset
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs (\$1‑\$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, Engelberth Construction does not discriminate in compensation based on protected characteristics and is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
