Our team partners with business owners who don’t live and breathe accounting—and that’s where you come in. This role blends hands‑on accounting work with client‑facing communication, helping translate financial data into clear, practical insights clients can actually use.
Most weeks in this role are balanced across:
Core accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities
Ongoing communication with clients to clarify activity and provide support
Internal collaboration, training, and process improvement

Supports senior team members by maintaining accurate records, assisting with month‑end close, and preparing reconciliations and reports
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping activities including transaction entry, account reconciliation, and record maintenance
Manage accounts payable and cash‑related tasks such as bill processing, payments, and cash flow support
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Prepare accrual‑based entries including prepaids and accruals
Assist with financial statement preparation for internal review and client discussions
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, automation, and third‑party app integrations
Support new client onboarding by setting up accounts, cleaning up historical data, and assisting with system transitions
Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation, clarify transactions, and respond to routine accounting questions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum two years in accounting or bookkeeping roles)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite
Comfort working in cloud‑based accounting environments and with modern financial tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred but Not Required
NetSuite experience (Huge Plus!)
Exposure to automation or AI‑driven tools such as Zapier or Make
Experience working with API‑based integrations
