Thrive Talk Tools is a growing private practice and educational materials brand rooted in East Los Angeles. Our mission is to provide affirming, culturally responsive speech-language services to underserved communities, including children birth to three through the Early Start program, school-age students, and individuals on the Self-Determination Program. We are an approved vendor with the East Los Angeles Regional Center and are expanding our team as we prepare to open our Monterey Park/East LA clinic.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist — either a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) or a fully licensed SLP — to join our team. This is a full-time position providing services in both home-based and clinic-based settings. You will work with a diverse caseload that may include Early Start (ages 0–3), Regional Center clients, and pediatric populations with a variety of communication needs including autism, language delays, and speech sound disorders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in home and clinic settings
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete timely documentation including progress notes, evaluation reports, and Regional Center required forms
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Support family education and coaching, particularly for Early Start families

QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active California SLPA/SLP license or current CF-SLP status (Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred or in progress)
Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations, autism, and/or early intervention
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is highly desirable
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Culturally responsive, affirming approach to care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$72,000-90,000 annual salary
Bilingual language differential for qualified Spanish- or Mandarin-speaking clinicians
Milestone-based salary increases for CFs upon licensure attainment
