✨ Now Hiring: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) | Med Spa
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Aesthetic NP or PA to join our established and growing Med Spa team. This provider will deliver a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables and laser services, while creating exceptional client experiences and driving results.
Position Summary:
The Aesthetic NP/PA is responsible for performing safe, effective, and customized treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments (including laser hair removal), and other advanced aesthetic services. This role partners closely with the Medical Director and spa team to ensure optimal outcomes, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser services
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Ensure adherence to all state regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Collaborate with spa leadership on treatment offerings and client experience
Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies
Qualifications:
Active NP or PA license in good standing
1–3+ years of experience in aesthetics (injectables and/or laser required)
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types, and treatment protocols
Proven ability to deliver natural, high-quality results
Excellent communication, consultation, and sales skills
Client-focused with strong attention to detail
Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
