Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Royersford, PA, with some flexibility to work from home. The therapist will work directly with individuals, families, and groups to provide mental health counseling through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and regularly monitoring client progress. Collaboration with other professionals, maintaining detailed case documentation, and engaging in continuing education activities are crucial aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Treatment Planning and Case Management, ensuring personalized and effective client care.
Proficiency in Social Work practices and a solid understanding of Psychology fundamentals.
Experience in Family Therapy and the ability to navigate family dynamics in a therapeutic context.
Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW in PA
Training and/or certification in DBT or EMDR preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate client records and manage therapy schedules efficiently.
Familiarity with telehealth practices and willingness to engage in hybrid (in-person and remote) services.
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
