Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for driving demand generation, brand visibility, and sales enablement primarily for B2B customers and distribution partners, with secondary support for retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Production, Product Marketing, Sales Team, Website team, SEO agency, and the Operations Team. While not the primary focus of the role, you will occasionally create or edit simple marketing visuals (e.g., social graphics, one-page layouts) in coordination with the Lead Graphic Designer. Focus areas are:
Driving overall Sales growth via social media content, ads, email, brochures and sell sheets
Driving targeted Sales growth (lead generation) via targeted integrated, multi-channel B2B outreach marketing communication campaigns
Driving Brand Awareness and Brand Strength via Press Releases, Social Media, Website Content, and Newsletters
Supporting product launches through development and execution of campaign assets, content, and go-to-market communications in partnership with Product Marketing
Using Design tools and AI tools in coordination with Lead Designer to create social media and single page marketing materials in a professional manner as needed. (Design experience is important but is NOT main purpose of role)
Using cutting-edge AI tools and emerging AI best practices to improve quality and efficiency (quantity) of social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing/sales materials
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute integrated content calendars across social, email, and web channels
Monthly and quarterly content calendar planning
Social Post and weblog article creation and publishing (post copy, limited graphics)
Analyze and report on campaign and content performance, with clear recommendations for optimization
Create, Manage, Track (with Sales Team) targeted customer outreach campaigns for lead generation
Campaign planning with the sales team
Campaign asset creation/coordination (brochure/email/social media/etc)
Analyze and report on campaign and content performance, with clear recommendations for optimization
Create, Manage, and Track website content – mainly blog articles
Overall website blog section management
Overall SEO key terms development and content coordination to address
Monthly, quarterly, annual content calendar planning (copy/graphics/targeted SEO key terms)
Blog article creating and publishing to website (copy/graphics/articles SEO key terms)
Email Marketing
Creation of monthly emails and quarterly newsletters to prospects and customers
Analyze and report on campaign and content performance, with clear recommendations for optimization
Product Marketing Support - New Product Initiation + Product Literature
Coordinate and Support finalizing product launch-related documents (labels & sell sheets) with Product Marketing, Design, R&D, and Sales
Coordinate the management and tracking of Product Labels & Product Data Sheets
Brand Management
Trademark Set Up & Renewal
External Building Signage Management
Ensure the team is using correct branding according to guidelines
Key Performance Metrics:

Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and contribution to sales pipeline
Growth in social media target audience and audience engagement
Organic traffic and SEO performance for priority content
On-time execution of campaigns and content calendar
Content Development:

Strong ability to create and manage diverse content types, including social media posts, videos, email campaigns, blog posts, and promotional materials.
Technical Marketing “Tech Stack” Proficiency:

Expertise in marketing platforms such as Pardot or other email/CRM tools, Social Media management and tracking tools, and database management tools.
Design Software:

Proven experience using major Design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc. (including Design tool AI components)
AI Tools:

Experience using AI tools to improve content development, research, and workflow efficiency, with strong judgment around accuracy, brand alignment, and quality control
Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication for drafting compelling marketing assets, social media posts, weblog articles, newsletters, emails, and press releases.
Analytical Skills:

Proficient in tracking and analyzing ROI, ROA, and other KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
Project Management:

Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing marketing calendars, and ensuring timely delivery of projects using tools like Trello.
Brand Management:

Ability to maintain brand consistency by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and managing trademark setups and renewals.
Product Marketing Know How:

Knowledge of new product initiation processes, including collaboration with R&D and Sales for product launch documents, product labeling, and compliance.
Organizational Skills:

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, assets, and deadlines efficiently.
Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and staying updated on marketing trends and AI innovations.
Qualifications Education and/or Experience:

4-year college degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2+ years of full-time professional work experience.
Familiarity with product marketing processes and concepts.
Proven experience in writing marketing ad copy and social media post content.
Proven experience with design software, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Photoshop.
Proven experience using AI for Design, Copy-Writing, and other Productivity improving marketing tasks
Proven experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Monday, etc.
Proficiency working with Web team to get content posted to website (blogs, etc.)
Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, email systems, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in managing digital assets and cloud-based systems, including Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Other Skills:

Proven aptitude for researching, learning, and mastering new software and tools.
Strong ability to write compelling marketing and social media content.
Familiarity with process-driven workflows and a willingness to adhere to established procedures.
