They are hiring a high-level Executive Assistant in San Francisco to support senior leadership and act as a key point person for the team and office.
This is a true right‑hand role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
The Role
High-level support across
calendar, travel, and executive priorities
Act as a
thought partner and gatekeeper
to leadership
Serve as a
central point of coordination
for the office and team
Support a mix of
executive, operational, and culture-focused responsibilities
Navigate shifting priorities and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
Approach the role with a
“no task too big or too small” mindset
7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Proven experience in
fast-scaling, high‑growth environments
Experience supporting
multiple executives
Highly proactive with strong judgment and a
“figure it out” mentality
Comfortable working at pace and managing constant change
Polished and professional , with the ability to interface confidently with clients and external stakeholders
Strong communicator with a positive, solutions‑oriented approach
Tech‑savvy (Google Workspace); interest in AI a plus
Hybrid: 4 days in office (flexibility expected)
Market‑rate compensation + full benefits
