Nanny

Pocketbook Agency, San Francisco, CA, United States

A kind, active family in San Francisco is seeking a capable, energetic, and trustworthy Nanny to support the care of their toddler and infant (2.5-year-old in morning preschool and 8-month-old). This is a collaborative role working closely with a stay‑at‑home parent, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys early childhood and is highly engaged in supporting children’s growth and development. The ideal candidate is confident caring for both children individually and together, communicates well, and embraces a true tag‑team approach as daily needs evolve. A strong understanding of developmental milestones and age‑appropriate activities is important; Early Childhood Education experience is a plus.
The family is seeking someone who is present, hands‑on, and proud of the role they play—whether through play, outdoor activities, healthy routines, or attentive care. Strong judgment, low ego, positive energy, and a love for working with young children are essential, along with a desire to be part of a collaborative, respectful household.
