We are hiring a Logistics Administrative Coordinator to support daily dispatching, scheduling, and administrative operations in a fast-paced service environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, customer service, or field service support.
You will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring efficient communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatching and scheduling of field technicians
Manage high-volume inbound/outbound communication (phone, email, text)
Prioritize and assign service requests in real time
Use GPS, routing software, and mapping tools to optimize technician routes
Perform accurate data entry in scheduling and ERP systems
Track job progress, technician status, and service completion
Communicate updates to customers and internal teams
Coordinate parts, service timelines, and operational workflows
Identify scheduling conflicts and adjust plans to maintain efficiency
Required Qualifications
Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, scheduling, or administrative support
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, or ERP systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
