The Early Childhood Teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for young children. This role implements a play-based curriculum that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
Implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with company curriculum
Support children’s growth through guided play and positive interactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom environment
Observe and document developmental progress
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities
Collaborate with team members and center leadership
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree preferred
1–2 years of childcare or preschool experience preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development principles
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
