Connect Advisors is a rapidly growing Owner’s Representative firm focused on delivering complex construction projects with precision, accountability, and a client-first mindset. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the firm’s growth through marketing, business development, and administrative initiatives, while also assisting with day-to-day operations in our Tulsa office.
This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role where you will help develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, while supporting internal coordination and communication efforts. You will manage content, maintain consistency across deliverables, and assist in tracking business development activities. In addition, you will take on light office management responsibilities in Tulsa, helping coordinate office logistics and maintain an organized, professional environment.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Coordination
Assist in the development, writing, and editing of content across social media, proposal deliverables, website updates, and marketing materials.
Create and coordinate visual assets using templates or in collaboration with designers.
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and overall firm strategy.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Schedule and publish content across platforms using marketing tools.
Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track basic performance metrics.
Research industry trends and competitor activity to support content strategy.
Website & Digital Maintenance
Maintain and update website content, including blog posts, team updates, and project information.
Ensure consistency in formatting, visuals, and user experience across all pages.
Support basic SEO efforts including metadata, image optimization, and content structure.
Business Development Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and tracking.
Support proposal and presentation development, including formatting and content coordination.
Maintain task management systems to track deadlines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
Brand & Asset Management
Maintain organization of digital assets, templates, and marketing collateral.
Ensure consistent use of branding elements across all internal and external materials.
Support internal teams with access to and proper use of branded resources.
Office Coordination (Tulsa Office)
Support day-to-day office operations in Tulsa, including coordination of supplies, vendors, and general office organization.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of internal materials.
Help maintain a professional and efficient office environment for team members and visitors.
Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a similar role (AEC industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency in design and content tools, including
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and
Canva .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and basic website content management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
