Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) .
Responsibilities
Provide or assist in activities of daily living (ADL) such as personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin and nail care.
Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer activities, including frequent turning and positioning of bed‑bound residents or patients.
Assist with prescribed exercise and range‑of‑motion activities as taught by the hospice nurse.
Perform light housekeeping of the individual's personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and patient laundry when needed.
Feed and assist with meals.
Obtain temperature, pulse and respirations as supervised by the hospice nurse.
Report any changes in the resident's or patient's condition to the hospice nurse (and to the facility nurse if in a facility) and document the information on the Home Health Aide Certification of House form, including date, time and receiver of the report.
Assist or remind the patient to take medication in compliance with regulations of the applicable regulatory and accrediting bodies.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience
Must have a State Certified CNA license.
Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
No experience necessary; 1 year preferred.
Must be willing to travel.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
