Scope:
Multi-state operations (East Coast focus)
Large-scale earthwork, excavation, and mass grading projects
High-value, high-impact projects
What You Bring:
Proven leadership in earthwork / excavation / mass grading / heavy civil
Experience managing multi-million dollar operations or portfolios
Strong control over field execution, teams, and profitability
Ability to lead Superintendents, PMs, and full field operations
Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Aggressive performance bonuses
