Client Care Specialist 2
A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) serves as a friendly, professional front‑line staff member in our Wellness Clinics/Programs, providing HIV testing, STI screenings, and related services while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Collect patient medical histories and manage test results.
Record vital signs and address health complaints.
Facilitate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and electronic chart creation.
Document data, including referrals and reports, accurately.
Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection for laboratory analysis.
Qualifications
Valid phlebotomy license or medical‑assistant certificate is required.
Driver’s license is mandatory.
Proficiency in clinical documentation and patient privacy practices.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Schedule
The schedule varies based on site and event needs, with a rotating roster of days, nights, and weekends.
