Position Overview
A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) provides friendly, helpful, and confidential support to members seeking HIV testing, prevention services, STI screening, and treatment at AIDS Healthcare Foundation Wellness Clinics and Programs. The CCS2 role is a hybrid of clinical, administrative, and front‑office duties, embodying AHF’s core values of patient‑centeredness, employee respect, diversity, nimbleness, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Collect medical histories, manage tests and screenings, record vital signs, and address health complaints.
Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
Document data accurately, including referrals and reports.
Perform phlebotomy with venipuncture and sample collection for laboratory analysis.
Maintain professionalism and uphold AHF’s Mission and Core Values in all interactions.
Licenses & Certifications
Valid Phlebotomy license or Medical Assistant certificate required.
Additional Requirements
Proficient Spanish speaker (a plus).
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Monday & Sunday – Closed. Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Wednesday: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
