Applicants should be an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed for the Iowa Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you are the front line of the Clinical Department and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Aides. Your duties include performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, maintaining education, and ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Lake Mills Care Center.
