Overview
Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care for patients of UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida Clinics.
Rotates duties between the Shands Outpatient and Medical Plaza Pharmacies.
Exercises professional judgment in evaluating all medication orders written for ambulatory patients.
Qualifications
Graduation from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
Previous experience in ambulatory practice and knowledge of insurance preferred.
Strong communication skills, able to operate a computer and interact in a clinic environment.
Pharm.D. degree and knowledge of a clinic specialty is a plus.
Registered Pharmacist, or eligible, in the State of Florida.
Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose.
