Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (Onsite - Ramsey, NJ)
We are seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist
for a temporary, onsite assignment in Ramsey, NJ. This role will support a high-volume AP environment and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can quickly step in to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
Handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
Process ACH payments and support payment runs
Ensure timely and accurate coding, approvals, and entry of invoices
Assist with account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
Experience with ERP systems;
SAP is a strong plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Ramsey, NJ
