Overview
Webstaurantstore is hiring energetic and highly motivated material handlers and forklift operators at our warehouses located in Dayton, NV. This is your opportunity to join the largest and leading online supplier in the food service industry. All positions include on‑site training and are part of our weekend shift staffing.

Inbound Responsibilities
Replenishment

Use correct machinery to pull pallets from overstock and replenish primary bins.

Pull and transport warehouse stock to fulfill orders, ensuring speed and accuracy.

Confirm items, counts, and bins while reporting issues in mobile form.

Complete assigned projects such as minimums and cycles during slow periods.

Put Away

Create efficient driving routes to put away all products and quantities in correct locations using forklift and company systems.

Receive and stock inventory throughout the warehouse, ensuring speed and accuracy.

Check In

Separate returns from vendor orders.

Accurately check in items using IDS and SPS systems.

Document discrepancies and maintain the error log.

Ensure all products are received and stocked with high inventory accuracy and quality.

Use IDS to track accountability and meet accuracy standards.

Container Unloading

Unload containers in a timely manner within required limitations.

Confirm item numbers and quantities with high detail.

Inventory Control & QA

Conduct daily cycle counts to verify inventory consistency.

Manage overstock bin locations to ensure accurate accounting.

Investigate discrepancies from cycle counts and adjust inventory in company systems.

Complete periodic tasks including internal transfers, coordinate serial numbers, and generate reports.

Outbound Responsibilities
Order Picker

Drive or walk to assigned bins, identifying proper items and quantities for all orders.

Ensure orders are picked correctly and timely with strong attention to detail.

Use a scanner to verify and load products onto a conveyor belt.

Consolidator

Use scanners to verify products pulled by pickers and received in the consolidating area.

Accurately identify corresponding orders to ensure complete deliveries.

Organize and consolidate products in totes, placing them into put‑wall cubbies for packing.

Order Packer

Use scanner and SPS system to verify and pack orders with attention to detail.

Select correct box size and downsize packaging to reduce shipping costs without compromising quality.

Enter important shipping information into the SPS system.

Bill and ship completed orders via warehouse systems.

Place completed packages on the packing belt or palletize finished shipments for loading.

Truck Loader

Accurately identify carrier based on package label.

Move palletized product to designated trucks as needed.

Stack packages into the correct trailer using an interlocking pattern.

Lock out incoming trailers and unlock outgoing trailers.

FastTrack Bundler

Ensure fast‑track orders are accurately and efficiently taped and bundled.

Ship completed orders using the conveyor belt system.

Move palletized cases to secure areas using a pallet jack when needed.

Match correct quantities of product per order to ensure accuracy.

Shift Schedule
Friday – Monday 7:00am – 5:30pm

Wage
Starting wage is $25/hr with potential raise every 6 months up to $0.88.

Work Environment
Employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles, temperature and humidity changes, dust, fumes, gases, moderate noise level, and normal passage of employees through the work area.

Physical Requirements

Work while standing and/or walking, up to 12 hours per day.

Communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

Use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulation.

Regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 75 lbs.

Experience
1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; receiving and/or inventory experience preferred.

Education
Not required. We value relevant skills, experience, and alignment with core values.

Work a full shift of 8 to 10 hours.

Follow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, quality standards, and attendance policy.

Complete and pass all equipment training.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Teams.

Business proficiency to read, write, and communicate in English.
