A Day in the Life
Will support Returns job functions at the Memphis, TN Distribution Center.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Perform manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
Follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules, and requirements.
Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment.
(Un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; log receipt of items in the system, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; report materials shipped and bills of lading; post weight and shipping charges and route merchandise to destinations.
Minimum Requirements
Recommended basic knowledge of production‑related systems and procedures.
0 years of experience required.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
Physical Job Requirements
Employees will be regularly required to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co‑workers. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary ranges for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) locations: $36,400.00 – $54,600.00 (USD).
This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
