Summary
This position is located in San Juan National Historic Site, in the Resource Management Division. The typical seasonal entry‑on‑duty period for San Juan National Historic Site is May - November, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: Late May.
Major Duties
Perform and report on preventative conservation to include but not limited to curatorial housekeeping, museum Integrated Pest Management, and environmental monitoring for museum exhibits and storage spaces. Museum record keeping including cataloging museum objects, completing loan documentation, accessions, and inventories of museum and archival objects. Performs a variety of clerical operations in support of the museum collection and facilitates special access and information requests.
