Job Title
Travel Cath Lab Technologist – Akron, Ohio (13‑week assignment).
Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms, ensuring adequate stock, sterilization, and equipment readiness.
Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures, including site of entry, draping, instrument arrangement, and calibration of pressure transducers and tubing.
Operate and ensure the quality control of all equipment used in the cardiac cath lab, with comprehensive knowledge of all related devices.
Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician in maneuvering catheters.
Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data by operating amplifiers and fluoroscopic equipment.
Monitor the patient’s hemodynamic status throughout procedures.
Participate in life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology technician.
BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) – CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS certification.
State‑specific licensing when required.
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40‑hour weeks (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend.
