BLS and ACLS certifications
Inpatient rehab experience; outpatient PT and stroke rehab experience strongly preferred
Flexibility to cover one weekend per month

Local candidates accepted
Time‑off requests must be submitted at initial consideration; no RTO post‑offer
All holidays must be observed; no holiday coverage requests allowed
Call‑outs require at least 24‑hour notice
Solid color scrubs and closed‑toe shoes required

Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
Complete 7‑year work history with all gaps explained required
