Travel Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services, including evaluation and treatment to patients ranging from pediatrics to older adults, based on diagnosed conditions.
Assignment Details
Status: Contract / Temporary / Travel
Duration: 13 weeks (temporary)
Start Date: 05/18/2026
Hours: 40 hours per week; 5x8 days
Shift: 8-hour shifts during the day

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or meets ASHA certification requirements
Independent decision making skills
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
At least 2 years of SLP experience
Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services to patients to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisor and team members
Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws
