Focus Staff is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Taylor, Michigan.

Start Date: 05/18/2026
Duration: 13 weeks (temporary, contract)
Shift: 5 days × 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Location: Taylor, MI
Scope & Responsibilities
Provide speech‑therapy services, including evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients through older adults, based on diagnosed conditions.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members.
Assist with patient scheduling and post‑charges to patient records.
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with corporate compliance and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an SLP.
Graduate of a master’s‑level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by ASHA or meeting its certification requirements.
At least 2 years of SLP experience.
Independent decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
Compassionate, detail‑oriented, critical thinker with ability to act quickly in emergencies.
