Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services across pediatric to adult populations based on diagnosed conditions, including evaluation and treatment.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
Perform duties in alignment with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, applicable professional standards, and state/federal laws.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program or one meeting ASHA certification requirements.
Must possess independent decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
At least 2 years of SLP experience.
