Executive Assistant
Incendia Partners, New York, NY, United States
We’re looking for a sharp, intuitive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a fast-paced, high-performing consulting firm. This is not a traditional admin role — it’s a true business partner position for someone who thrives on anticipation, precision, and keeping complex days running seamlessly.
If you’re someone who can read the room, stay three steps ahead, and bring a calm, polished presence to high-stakes environments, this role will give you the exposure and ownership you’ve been looking for.
What You’ll Do
Own and expertly manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, balancing shifting priorities with ease
Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, ensuring leaders are prepared, focused, and where they need to be
Coordinate high-level meetings, client engagements, and internal events with impeccable attention to detail
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of executives
Partner across teams to drive projects forward and keep workflows organized
Anticipate needs before they arise — solving problems before they become visible
What You Bring
3–5 years of post-grad administrative or executive support experience, ideally within consulting, finance, or another fast-paced professional services environment
Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate with discretion
Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to prioritize and pivot
Clear, polished communication — both written and verbal
A proactive mindset with a “no task too big or small” attitude
Comfort working in a high-performance, client-facing environment
Why This Role
You’ll sit at the center of the business, gaining visibility into senior leadership decision-making and client strategy. It’s an opportunity to elevate your career beyond task execution into true partnership — where your impact is felt daily.
