Job Description
We are looking for a Training Operations Lead who will contribute to our operations strategies by designing, building, delivering, and owning a training system that evolves with our dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Initiate cross‑functional collaborative work to design, develop, and sustain training initiatives that drive retention, employee engagement, and business performance.
Use a variety of training mediums: hands‑on training, classroom, on the job, e‑learning, virtual.
Explore, leverage, and scale next‑generation technology to improve learning retention.
Develop documentation and materials to support learning and coach others.
Support and facilitate talent pipeline and development programs with a commitment to inclusion.
Develop and facilitate training plans for skill building and large‑scale strategic training efforts.
Train, coach, and develop others across operations and end‑to‑end supply chain.
Provide onboarding plans and support within the business.
Develop and report on metrics related to employee experience.
Partner with leaders and support functions to design and deliver solutions for business problems and strategic impacts.
Coach and train others across the operation involved in hands‑on training, orientation, and onboarding.
Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements
Deep knowledge and ability to train others in lean manufacturing concepts, familiarity with manufacturing environment, processes and workforce training methods.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, human resources, education, learning and performance or instructional design.
Minimum 3 years of business experience, preferably manufacturing or industrial, including 2 with training or coaching responsibilities.
Understanding of adult learning, on‑the‑job and classroom training, and instructional design techniques.
Strong interpersonal communication abilities, engaging stakeholders with confidence and influencing decisions.
Strong project management capabilities, coordinating projects/initiatives, organizing timelines and resources, and anticipating needs.
Pay Range
$69,840.00 – $104,760.00
