DH Pace is seeking a
Business Analyst Support
professional to join our Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role provides operational and project support to the Business Analyst Team and PMO leadership, contributing to process enhancement initiatives and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, self‑starter, and capable of supporting multiple initiatives through documentation, coordination, and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and triage requests within the PMO ticket queue, ensuring timely updates and resolution
Support Business Analysts Team on assigned projects by assisting with coordination, documentation, and task execution
Document current‑state business processes and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement
Gather, organize, and analyze business requirements and data to support project objectives
Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
Provide support to end users of DH Pace’s ERP and business systems as directed by Business Analysts or management
Develop and maintain a working knowledge and ownership of core business systems and how they integrate across the organization
Maintain awareness of company structure, reporting relationships, and business operations to effectively support initiatives
Participate in testing, training, and implementation activities as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
1–3 years of experience in a business analyst support, project support, or related role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Visio. Experience with ERP systems preferred but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
