
Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project operations, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Organize and maintain project documentation, requirements, and workflows.
Partner with technical and business teams to support IVR and IVA initiatives.
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement efforts as needed.
Requirements
Strong experience in Project Management (approximately 80% PM focus).
Experience working on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) projects (required).
Familiarity with Business Analyst responsibilities (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination).
Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira and other project tracking/documentation platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IVA/chatbot or conversational AI technologies.
Exposure to merger and acquisition‑related projects.
Ability to work in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments.
Work Environment
Hybrid Agile delivery model.
Collaboration with cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Compensation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
