Manage all sales & use tax activities, including rate assignment, filings, reconciliations, and vendor coordination
Serve as the primary sales tax contact for internal customer service inquiries
Prepare month‑end general ledger reconciliations and related journal entries
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
Complete annual property tax filings and support related audits
Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and analyses for financial statement and compliance audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
Required hands‑on multi‑state sales & use tax experience
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency with ERP systems, tax software, and Microsoft Office
