Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the automotive industry seeking an HR Coordinator to support their growing team.

Job Description
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup

Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance

Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and procedures

Help administer HR programs such as benefits enrollment and training initiatives

Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
