Property Accountant

I’m currently partnering with a growing real estate organization that is looking to add a

Property Accountant

to their Coppell, TX team. This is a great opportunity for someone with

multifamily experience

who wants to continue developing within a stable, expanding platform.

What You’ll Do:

Handle

full-cycle property accounting

for a portfolio of multifamily assets

Prepare and review

monthly financial statements

(balance sheet, income statement, variance analysis)

Perform

bank reconciliations

and manage cash activity

Record

journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses

Assist with

month-end close process

Partner with property management teams on financial performance

Support

budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests

What They’re Looking For:

3+ years of property accounting experience (multifamily required)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong understanding of

GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with

Yardi, MRI, or similar property accounting systems

Solid Excel skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
