
Finance Intern

HealthPartners is hiring for a full-time Finance Intern for the summer of 2026.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination : Current enrollment (or recent graduation) in a college or graduate degree program
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification :
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Verbal and/or written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. Problem-solving skills and ability to work with confidential information
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses
Analyze healthcare cost trends, claims data, and operational expenses
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
Help maintain financial models and spreadsheets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, operations, and compliance
Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models
Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
