Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, AC, and mini-splits.
Perform maintenance that actually matters.
Talk straight with homeowners about what's wrong and what you'd honestly recommend if it were your own house.
Mentor the junior techs coming up behind you.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on service experience.
EPA 608 required; NATE a plus.
Solid knowledge of refrigerants, electrical diagnostics, airflow, and combustion.
Clean driving record.
Integrity: a tech whose invoices they'd defend to their own mother.
