Project Manager position with a Tyler, TX based general contractor, specializing in senior housing, commercial development and general commercial construction. Location flexibility is available. We are seeking a project manager with ground‑up hospital construction experience.
Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of project coordination.
Determine project scope, resourcing materials and subcontractors, scheduling, customer interface.
Coordinate with site superintendents and maintain budget responsibility.
Job Requirements
2+ years of general construction project management experience.
Experience with school facility construction is a plus.
Self‑starter, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of subcontractor companies and ability to locate/develop new subcontractors.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook.
Experience with Procore is a plus.
Must provide at least three job‑related references.
